Rates
Rates varies according to time and case to case basis:
1.Weekdays MON-THURS(RM 200)
2.Weekends FRI-SUN(RM 250)
3.Long Term Tenancy(negotiable)
*All room rates eligible for discount if booking is more than one night.
Special Requirements

WIP will only accept Malaysian guest.

Maximum number of guest allowed 10pax.

Obey house rules at all time.

Check out time is at 12noon(late check out will be charged RM10 for every 1hour range)
